Our client's vibrant studio is looking for a new Technical Designer to join our successful and busy team in the heart of the city. They provide complete workplace consultancy, from a single office relocation, design and fit-out, to workspace planning, refurbishment and interior branding on a global scale.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate production, tender and construction package information
- Revit technical output at each project stage
- Support your partner designer on site and deal with contractor queries
Required skills:
- At least 5 years' experience, preferably working on interior fit-out schemes
- Fluent in SketchUp and Revit
- A high level of technical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
