The award winning company provides interior architecture and interior design services across a wide range of commercial and hospitality projects, ranging from developer‑lead multi‑residential developments, workplace, hotels, and food & beverage spaces. The department often collaborates with the company’s own architects, or with external third‑party architects, through all RIBA Plan of Work stages 0 through 7.
Role Summary: They are in the initial stages of adopting Revit for their project documentation whilst continuing with the use of their current ArchiCAD software in parallel. They require a creative, Revit design technician to assist with this transition, and to be actively involved in RIBA Stages 3 and 4 of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Working across multiple projects simultaneously within a team of 15 people.
- Working directly with dedicated project design teams and under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Engage with external consultants such as architects and MEP engineers in both remote and in‑person meetings.
- Development of office‑standard and client‑specific templates, efficient workflows, modelling, the creation of functioning libraries, as well as assisting the department in the adoption of Revit and troubleshooting.
- Production of Design Development and coordinated Tender interior architectural documentation.
