We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Principal Architect / Project Architect.
Salary: Negotiable (DOE) with annual salary review and profit related bonus.
The London office, based in Shoreditch, is the newest one to join others across the country and has already had several key successes. Building on this success, an opportunity has arisen within a highly skilled team which specialises in several sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Interiors and Commercial. You will be working on a varied portfolio of projects at local and national levels in an exciting and unique environment.
The successful candidate will have strong project experience of Revit along with a history of involvement in design development and producing technical drawings. You will be energetic and creative and will be given the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the practice via pan office support groups and other initiatives.
About you:
- Motivated, ambitious, and accountable
- Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
- Demonstrate an ability to lead as well as support on projects across varying sectors and work stages with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to coordinate and deliver work package information
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and building assembly
- Skilled in liaising with clients and consultants
- Minimum 5-8 years post RIBA part III UK experience
- Proficient and strong in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations
