The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
You will be responsible for looking after your clients furniture requirements, taking complete responsibility for the process from initial brief to project handover. You will support the client through options, decision-making and deadlines to deliver a successful project on time, within the agreed budget and meeting the agreed project KPIs.
The successful candidate will be highly personable and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Manage order process from appointment to handover on site
Key point of contact for client and other stakeholders throughout the consultative process
Create presentations adhering to company design standards
Organise samples according to the agreed mock up process
Attend product training at least twice a month
Put together product options in line with clients design brief and budget
Get pricing from suppliers and negotiate best terms for the project
Create quotes that are accurate and follow the agreed process
Confidently and independently run a client meeting in their offices or on site
Show proactivity in problem solving
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the project
Communicate clearly with suppliers to ensure pricing, specification and deadlines are met
Communicate clearly and openly with colleagues
Present in company meetings and sales meetings
Deliver the agreed sales target
Experience & Skills
Good MS office skills inc, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Experience working in an account management or sales support role in the furniture, interiors or design industry
Excellent written English and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage your own time and deliver the highest priorities when time is short
Able to support and work with a variety of departments in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build long lasting relationships clients and a diverse range of stake holders
Excellent presentation skills
Friendly, sociable open-plan office environment
