With a long-standing history of delivering unique and inspiring commercial interiors, this company has gone from strength to strength over the years. Currently operating with a team of around 200 designers, architects, visualisers, and creatives, working from their London office. This is a rewarding role with the chance to join a leading firm within their sector during an exciting period of growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients from initial contact, leading pitches, and design presentations
  • Oversee and manage a team of designers at different levels, providing support and direction
  • Manage projects and ensure they meet the right specification and can be achieved within budget
  • Contribute to design concepts and work with prospective clients to understand requirements
  • Ensure consistency with project design standards
  • Review designs and associated materials for projects
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and enhance public awareness of the company’s brand and achievements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in workplace design, traditional or design & build
  • Strong pitching and client-facing experience
  • Good negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel within the UK
  • Ideally degree educated within a relevant subject.

The right to live permanently and work in the UK is essential, this is an office based role.
