Team Member responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following our brand standards and specifications for all menu items, including hot food categories.
- Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
- Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of a hands-on team that supports each other all the time.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
