The predicted salary is between 51750 - 63250 £ per year.

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a Residential Project in Manchester. The candidate must be able to supervise all aspects of the project and organise sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard.

Role:

  • Work alongside Project Manager & Site Team.
  • Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion.
  • Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors.
  • Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards.
  • Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team.
  • Maintain weekly site progress Diary.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor on commercial fit out projects.
  • Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
