O'Neill & Brennan are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman/Site
Manager in relation to a freelance role in Shrewsbury.
The position will be overseeing internals & general H&S on the project. Potential of 10 weeks work, possibly longer.
Duties
- Pushing outstanding works in finished areas–finishing trades.
- Snagging areas to a high clinical standard.
- Pushing to close Snags.
- Literate with field view software using tablet to record and close out snags.
- Able to manage multiple trades take direction from senior managements/ floor manager.
