O'Neill & Brennan are currently supporting a Top Tier Main Contractor / Developer in their search for a Project Manager to lead a major scheme in North London. They are looking to employ someone with extensive experience running schemes of over 150 units. Someone with previous RC Frame experience would be a bonus. The scheme will be a mix of low and high rise RC Frame apartments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience operating as a Project Manager (minimum 5 years)
- A strong track record of delivering major projects from 150 residential units upwards
- Experience managing large teams of Site Manager
- Programming works, working alongside architects, sub-contractors and the client
On offer: £325-£400 per day (Outside of IR35)
