A leading housing/property developer is seeking a Finishing Manager to join their team to work on a medium size bespoke residential project near Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an established property developer that offers many years of continuous work should this assignment work out. The scheme will consist of over 20 residential units from 2-5 bedrooms. Potential of a further phase after too.
The ideal candidate should have experience working on internals from 1st fix stage to completion on traditional or timber frame schemes.
Role Overview- Project: Multi-Phase Residential Scheme
- Location: Oxford
- Salary: £220-£275 per day
- Start: ASAP but they understand that they may have to wait for notice period
- Type: Freelance
- Day to day managing of all site works
- Managing all sub-contractors

- Must have current CSCS, SMSTS, First aid
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
