This leading Tier 1, national contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager or Design Coordinator to work on a 6–9-month freelance contract to support a housing framework in London.
For this Design Manager role, you will have the opportunity to join a busy contractor with numerous projects due to start and on site. They are a thriving business and have opportunities in a variety of sectors such as Education, Healthcare, MOJ and MOD frameworks, residential and also major projects.
This role is within their partnership housing framework for local authorities, specifically a large contract for a borough of North London specialising in the refurbishments of properties which will include external works, internal decoration, fire/remedials etc.
A UK construction qualification is required for this role and at least 5 years working as a Design Manager for main contractors on projects as mentioned above. Another benefit will be to have worked on PCSA and pre-construction through to being on site and completion of the projects.
