We are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering a major £200m+ construction project in Cardiff and are looking to appoint experienced Site Managers for a minimum of 12 months' freelance work, with strong potential to extend beyond this.

We are particularly interested in Site Managers with proven experience in either:

  • Internal Fit-Out / Finishing – managing significant internal packages on large-scale new-build projects within a main contracting environment.
  • Steel Frame / Structural Packages – strong experience managing steel-frame construction and associated packages on major new-build schemes.

This is a substantial, high-profile project offering excellent longevity for the right individuals. Due to the scale and complexity of the scheme, applicants must have a strong background working for Tier 1 or established Tier 2 main contractors.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven Site Management experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contracting
  • Strong large-scale internal fit-out OR steel-frame construction experience
  • Experience delivering major new-build projects
  • CSCS Gold, White or Black Card
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Able to commute reliably to Cardiff
  • Strong package management, subcontractor coordination and site delivery experience
