O’Neill & Brennan are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team working across various sites in and around Bristol.

Important: Due to the nature and location of the work (in a challenging area of Bristol), candidates must be able to drive to a designated meet point each day. From there, you will be assigned to a team and transported to sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General grounds maintenance duties
  • Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and weed control
  • Litter picking and site clearance
  • Working as part of a team across multiple locations
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card (essential) – required for access to sites
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport to reach the meet point
  • Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
  • Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
