O is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £34m education project in Surrey.
You will lead commercial activities, appoint subcontractors, manage procurement and subcontractor accounts, forecast cash flow, and prepare final accounts.
You’ll base in the Surrey office and move to site within 8 weeks to work with the project team, delivering the project on time and within budget on a long-term contract of 9 months plus and a competitive day rate.
