This client has recently won new contracts as well as growing existing accounts and entering new fields of business across the operating areas of Surrey, Sussex, Middlesex and London. This client is looking for people who have a background in Power flushing, Leak Detection, System upgrade works and Large Works but overall someone who is hard working and has the right attitude and mentality. Job Summary The role involves the customer journey from start to finish ensuring that this journey is carried out to only better the customer experience. Your duties include reporting all health and safety accidents, near misses and completing a daily risk assessment. To carry out reactive repairs, maintenance and installations to plumbing and heating systems in our customer’s properties, also responding to emergency call outs when on call. company procedures, method statements and safe systems of work. Communicating with management and office staff to help improve safety and performance.
