We’re partnering with a large consumer organisation undergoing a significant digital and technology transformation, seeking a Technology Director to lead the strategy and delivery of platforms that power customer engagement and digital experiences at scale. This role will shape the technology roadmap across CRM, MarTech/AdTech and digital platforms, driving major transformation initiatives while enabling more personalised, data-driven customer interactions.

Key Experience

  • Experience leading large-scale technology transformation within complex consumer organisations
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, CRM, marketing technology ecosystems and digital product management
  • Experience delivering enterprise technology programmes involving platforms such as Salesforce or similar ecosystems
