What You'll Do:
- Own and shape the Salesforce integration strategy within the CCaaS product suite
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and bring features to life
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
- Stay close to the Salesforce roadmap to unlock opportunities for innovation
- Help define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning
What You Bring:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with OmniFlows, Apex, APIs, packaging & AppExchange
- Background in contact center tech (ideally Service Cloud)
- 5+ years in product management or similar in a Salesforce environment
- Agile mindset and a track record of launching successful products
Nice to Have:
