What You'll Do:

  • Own and shape the Salesforce integration strategy within the CCaaS product suite

What You Bring:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud
  • Familiarity with OmniFlows, Apex, APIs, packaging & AppExchange
  • Background in contact center tech (ideally Service Cloud)
  • 5+ years in product management or similar in a Salesforce environment
  • Agile mindset and a track record of launching successful products

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce Admin Certification
