Overview
I’m partnering with a well-known retailer who’re looking to bring in a Transformation Director to oversee significant a Space & Range Programme. This is a key programme for the company and will cover macro & micro level range and space planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & coordinate: Own the overall delivery of the range & space project, ensuring alignment with related initiatives.
- Project management: Develop and manage deliverables within agreed timelines, utilising dedicated and functional resources.
- Strategic leadership: Guide definition of the future vision, store/space restructuring plan, business case, and operating model; facilitating stakeholder approvals/decisions.
- Team oversight & communication: Steer the project team and maintain regular communication with the programme sponsor and stakeholders.
Requirements:
