As Duty Manager you will be responsible for out of hours management of the Harlow Plant ranging from managing people onsite, production reports and responding to situations that arise during the shift. This position is a shift position working nights and weekends on a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift pattern. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment and managing people. You will have safety as a core value and be able to communicate and co-ordinate in different situations ranging from minor breakdown to larger production issues.

  • Out of hours management of the Harlow Plant, including managing people onsite, production reports and responding to situations that arise during the shift.
