An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Internal Sales Executive to join our clients successful team.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and check product availability
  • Follow up on quotes and sales enquiries, and upsell where possible
  • Manage backorders and monitor stock availability
  • Handle stock returns and liaise with the Customer Care team for faulty or damaged goods
  • Take ownership of customer issues and log them correctly
  • Deal with customer complaints and escalate when needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records and systems
  • Support general customer service tasks as required
  • Contribute to improving overall customer service within the branch

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good customer service and people skills
  • Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident using computer systems (e.g. Windows-based systems)
