We're looking for an awesome Account Manager to help our wonderful clients across digital, social and proposition. So if you're passionate about adding value and building relationships then you should apply.
About You
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience working within a digital role - either agency or client side. Using your fantastic organisational skills you have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, relationships and budgets. You deliver excellent client experiences, growing relationships and identifying new opportunities. As a great communicator, you also thrive within an enthusiastic and high energy team - taking the lead on accounts and owning them, delivering projects alongside our team of PMs. Using excellent problem solving skills, you are passionate about understanding your clients, their brands and all things digital - delivering the best solutions possible and identifying the metrics to prove they work. You want to work in an established culture-first digital agency that offers a truly supportive, collaborative and exciting environment. You are eager to get involved in pitch teams, and hungry to learn new skills as you progress in your career.
The Role
- Day to day Account lead on select accounts
- Account growth & Pipeline management
- New business identification and support
- Account Vision creation
- Strategy support
- Management of key retainers
- Collaboration with PM team to deliver projects
- Management of Monday.com tracking boards
- Delivery against Account forecast / KPIs
- Proposal writing & Pitch support when required
- Metrics reporting quarterly to clients
- Delegation of tasks to Account Exec if applicable
- Supplier management
- Team collaboration & delegation to deliver tasks
