We work with exciting national and global brands, delivering excellent digital experiences for over two decades. You’ll join a talented and experienced Client Services team, working in close collaboration with development and creative.
The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to take the helm of our most significant projects – steering delivery with confidence, structure and foresight.
This is a role for someone who thrives on clarity, ownership and collaboration. You’ll be responsible for setting up and running projects that deliver brilliantly for clients, motivate and align our teams, and drive commercial success for the agency.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Planning ahead to mitigate risk and putting the right structure in place: from detailed timing plans and resource management to thorough launch plans, wash-ups and embedding learnings for the future.
- Championing projects internally, pulling delivery teams together and fostering ownership, energy and motivation across disciplines. All while coaching and developing the PM team.
- Managing client expectations with transparency and confidence, building trusted relationships at the most senior levels.
- Reporting to the board on profitability, and finding insight in project reporting to evolve how we deliver.
- Partnering closely with Account Management to ensure flawless continuity for clients.
- Working hand-in-hand with the development team, contributing to sprint planning and problem solving with confidence.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An exceptional organiser, communicator and natural leader of delivery teams.
- Experienced running major digital projects end-to-end, with a proven track record in building strong client relationships.
- Commercially sharp – balancing the needs of the client, the project and the agency.
- Comfortable with conflict resolution and finding a way forward in high-pressure situations.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive: a natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
