We are looking for a confident, organised, and guest-focused Senior Hostess to join the team at NYX, the exclusive club experience within GAIA in London. As a late-night venue, this role is primarily night shift-based, and we are seeking an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a vibrant, high-energy environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until the end of service.
Hourly Rate: £32.00 per hour
Contract: Casual Contract (approximately 30 hours per week, subject to business needs)
Typical Hours: 10:00pm - 4:00am
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the guest arrival experience and ensuring a warm, professional welcome
- Managing reservations, table allocations, and guest flow throughout the night
- Handling VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate guest profiles, bookings, and daily service reports
- Coordinating closely with management and floor teams to ensure seamless service
- Responding to guest enquiries and supporting the smooth running of reception operations
