As a Concierge and City Lover at NYX Hotels, we want you to bring your fun and dynamic vibe to the hotel with you every day. You will ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. You’ll think creatively to offer five star guest service and go above and beyond to ensure every guest’s experience is electrifying!

• Be yourself! Be a vibrant host for guests from arrival through to departure, ensuring they feel welcomed to the world of NYX Hotels
• Share your unmatched knowledge of the city with guests! You’re a City Lover, so you’ll be able to recommend the best shops, clubs and shows around
• Proactively offer outstanding hospitality to all guests
• Always have a Plan B in your back pocket to ensure guests have an excellent stay in our city!
• Motivate and collaborate effectively with your colleagues across the other departments of the hotel to satisfy guests’ needs
• Be able to organise and prioritise multiple requests at any given time
