As a Bar Supervisor at NYX Holborn Hotel, you’ll bring your engaging personality and leadership skills to our buzzing bars, Midtown and our stunning Rooftop Glasshouse. You’ll take charge during the evening, ensuring high standards are met, service runs smoothly, and our guests have an unforgettable experience. Leading by example, you’ll inspire and support your team to deliver top-tier hospitality, making every moment exceptional.

Responsibilities:

As a Bar Supervisor , you will:

• Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service in Midtown and the Rooftop Glasshouse

• Oversee bar operations , ensuring a smooth and efficient service during the evening

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer service

• Manage stock and inventory , ensuring the bar is always well-stocked and organised

• Train and develop team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a positive work environment

• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene regulations

• Engage with guests , creating an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere

• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving any issues promptly to enhance the guest experience

• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service
