Our NYX team (we call them City Lovers!) is a diverse bunch of vibrant people, who are on a mission to make NYX the first-choice for guests looking for a high-end stay with a unique, urban feel. Main Tasks

  • Offer exceptional guest care at all times
  • Collect dirty linen from rooms and transport safely to appropriate areas, storing them for collection
  • Transport clean linen to the required areas of the hotel
  • Transport and store Housekeeping deliveries of consumables and equipment
  • Support with linen stock counts and Housekeeping stock control
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment for the department, including storerooms, linen chutes, trolleys and corridors
  • Operate in a safe and orderly manner, promptly reporting any hazards, accidents, losses, or damages to management
  • Maintain awareness of utility consumption ensuring all equipment, lights, etc. are turned off when not in use
  • Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times – including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations; this role requires particular adherence to COSHH and Manual Handling
  • Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor
