At NYX Hotel London Holborn, we're looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you're an inspiring cook ready to take the next step in your career and act as a leader in our kitchen, this is your opportunity to grow within a vibrant and fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting operations across our main restaurant, Midtown, as well as events at our rooftop venue, Sabine Rooftop Bar, and other services as required.
What you'll be doing:
- Building strong working relationships with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team
- Sharing your knowledge and skills to support and develop those around you
- Showcasing your creativity and culinary expertise in a busy, high-quality environment
- Acting as a key connector within the team, helping to create a positive and collaborative culture
- Maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional food quality across all outlets
