NYX Agency is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager Intern to join our London office. You will work alongside our wider team, supporting the social media strategy for some of the most exciting names in music and entertainment. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real-world experience in music marketing, content creation, and digital strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and YouTube for multiple music clients.
- Monitor social channels daily — engaging with audiences, tracking trends, and identifying viral opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns aligned to release schedules and campaign briefs.
- Produce short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, Mojo or equivalent.
- Report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and present insights to the team.
- Collaborate with creatives, paid ad specialists, and marketing assistants to ensure campaign consistency.
- Stay ahead of emerging social trends, platform updates, and music culture moments.
- Support community management across client accounts with brand-appropriate tone of voice.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for music and an understanding of the music industry landscape.
- Active and experienced user of TikTok — either personally or professionally.
- Solid working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Mojo or similar tools.
- Strong written communication and copywriting ability in English.
- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in London and able to commute to the office regularly.
- Previous social media experience (personal projects, university, voluntary work) welcomed.
