As we continue commissioning our brand-new pilot plant, we’re looking to welcome enthusiastic and practical colleagues who are excited to help us maximise the potential of this new facility. We are seeking a reliable Production Operator with a proactive mindset to operate pilot plant equipment and carry out routine quality control checks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery, installation, set-up, testing, operation, and maintenance of plant and laboratory equipment
- Operating and maintaining essential building and utility services, including water and gas systems, cooling, HVAC, and electrical infrastructure
- Ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and is maintained to a high standard
- Completing weekly TPM activities
- Supporting testing activities within the analytical laboratories
- Assisting with Health & Safety, site security, and general site management
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the site
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Providing hands-on support to the Plant Engineer with equipment installation and maintenance
About you:
You will have significant prior experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment, along with a strong practical aptitude. An interest in mechanical engineering is essential and may be demonstrated through previous roles or personal hobbies.
