Think: People meets Product meets Tech. Whether you’re a recent graduate with a Computer Science (or similar) background, or early in your career and ready to pivot into People, this is your chance to build something meaningful from the ground up. You’ll help us rethink how People teams work in a modern, AI-enabled company and leave your mark while doing it.

- Be a go‑to for employee questions (and make sure they actually enjoy interacting with People!)
- Help build People processes that scale as we grow
- AI & Tech (the fun side)
- Spot opportunities to automate and improve workflows using AI tools
- Experiment with and implement new People tech (we love curiosity here)
- Build dashboards, reports, and insights that actually get used
- Help create a seamless, digital‑first employee experience
- Projects & Innovation (the impact side)
- Get involved in big People initiatives—performance, engagement, org design
- Bring a builder mindset—test, learn, improve, repeat
- Help us future‑proof how we think about People
- OpData & Insights (the smart side)
- Track key metrics like engagement, retention, and hiring
- Keep our systems clean, connected, and useful
What We’re Looking For
Must‑haves:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or something similarly technical (or equivalent experience)
- A genuine interest in people, culture, and how organisations work
- Curiosity about AI tools, automation, or building smarter systems
- Strong problem‑solving skills (you like figuring things out)
- Great communication, you can translate tech into people easily
- A proactive, “let’s try it” attitude
Nice‑to‑haves:
- Exposure to HR tools or systems
- Experience with automation, scripting, or side projects
- Interest in the future of work or people analytics
What Success Looks Like
- You make People processes faster, smarter, and more enjoyable
- You introduce tools that people actually want to use
- You become a trusted, approachable partner across the business
- You help build a People function that feels modern, scalable, and a little bit magical
Why This Role is Different
- You’ll shape how People & AI work together in a scaling company
- You’ll get real ownership early your ideas won’t sit in a doc somewhere
- You’ll grow fast (because we are)
- You’ll work with a team that’s ambitious, kind, and genuinely excited about what they’re building
Who This is Perfect For
- Someone who has a technical brain and a people‑first mindset
- Wants to do something a bit unconventional with their career
- Gets excited about AI, systems, and making things better
