Machine Operator
Location | The role will be based at our manufacturing Site in Leicester.
Hours | Double Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00, rotating weekly With a daily break.
The Role
The successful applicants will effectively and efficiently operate cutting machines, ensuring the company's product lines conform to quality standards and in accordance with the specified Information / Engineering Drawing, whilst maintain daily production targets.
Experience & Requirements
- Operate & Set Cutting Machinery
- Check & examine products
- Correctly and accurately use handheld measuring equipment
- Identify quality issues
- Accurately complete ISO & Company Paperwork
- Accurately record all activity on company SFDC system
- Where applicable operate multiple machines at one time
- Hit daily production targets
- Keep Machine/work station tidy and free from slips, trips and falls
- To act professionally in accordance with the company policies and procedures
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Be reliable and hard working
- Be Familiar with Machine Operations & Measuring Equipment
- Be able to read and follow written instructions / Engineering Drawings
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
