Machine Operator Location | The role will be based at our manufacturing Site in Leicester. Hours | Double Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00, rotating weekly With a daily break. The Role The successful applicants will effectively and efficiently operate cutting machines, ensuring the company’s product lines conform to quality standards and in accordance with the specified Information / Engineering Drawing, whilst maintain daily production targets. Experience & Requirements Main duties include: · Operate & Set Cutting Machinery · Check & examine products · Correctly and accurately use handheld measuring equipment · Identify quality issues · Accurately complete ISO & Company Paperwork · Accurately record all activity on company SFDC system · Where applicable operate multiple machines at one time · Hit daily production targets · Keep Machine/work station tidy and free from slips, trips and falls · To act professionally in accordance with the company policies and procedures Desired Skills and Qualifications: · Be reliable and hard working · Be Familiar with Machine Operations & Measuring Equipment · Be able to read and follow written instructions / Engineering Drawings · Be able to work with minimal supervision Equal opportunities and other information/terms: Nylacast Ltd welcomes the talent of people from diverse backgrounds to provide expertise dedication and imagination to propel us to a prosperous future.
