High Volume CNC Setter Reporting to: | Production Manager Location | The role will be based at our manufacturing Site in Leicester. Hours | Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00, rotating weekly with a daily break (Double Day Shift) The Company The Nylacast Group are a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and supply of engineering plastic solutions, with a global brand presence and 9 worldwide locations. The Role The successful applicants will effectively and efficiently operate machine tools, ensuring the company’s product lines conform to quality standards and in accordance with the specified Engineering Drawing, whilst maintaining daily production targets. Experience & Requirements Main duties include: * Operate & Set Machine Tools * Ability to understand technical drawings * Check & examine products * Correctly and accurately use handheld measuring equipment * Identify quality issues * Hit daily production targets * Keep Machine/workstation tidy and free from slips, trips and falls * To act professionally in accordance with the company policies and procedures Desired Skills and Qualifications: * Be reliable and hard working and worked in a similar environment * Be Familiar with CNC Machine Tools and Measuring Equipment * Be able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings * Be able to work with minimal supervision * Full training will be given Equal opportunities and other information/terms: Nylacast Ltd welcomes the talent of people from diverse backgrounds to provide expertise dedication and imagination to propel us to a prosperous future.
