We have a large loyal customer base across the North West, North Wales and the West Midlands.

The majority of work is carried out within a 2-hour radius of our Oswestry.

The business operates effectively with a close knit team and employs a continuous staff development programme in line with the company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on BMS equipment.
  • Diagnose and fix hardware and software faults.
  • Modify software strategies and graphic user interfaces.
  • Support clients with technical help and routine checks.
  • Complete service reports and keep site documentation up to date.
  • Be health and safety conscious at all times, filling in risk assessments and wearing any relevant PPE.
  • Liaise with building occupants to understand their needs and issues, balancing these requirements with the need for energy cost savings and reductions in environmental emissions

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on Building Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Trend, Cylon ABB, or Niagara Tridium platforms.
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems and electrical controls.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
