We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and committed Football Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will lead the development and management of a junior/youth football team, delivering high-quality training sessions and coaching in the evenings and weekends. The coach will also take the team for matches on a Sunday. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young players and help shape their sporting journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, structured training sessions two/three evenings per week and twice on a weekend

Coach and manage the team during Sunday matchdays

*

Manage team admin via group chats and various apps

*

Foster a positive, respectful, and disciplined team environment

*

Support the development of each player’s skills, fitness, and confidence

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club management

*

Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times

Essential Requirements:

UEFA C Licence (minimum)

*

Experience coaching young players (preferably within grassroots or academy environments)

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently

Must be able to drive or reliably commute to training and match venues

*

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

*

First Aid and Safeguarding Children certifications

Experience coaching within a club or community setting

Flexible and adaptable coaching style
