Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates for available vacancies.
- Advertise job opportunities across job boards and social media platforms.
- Contact candidates by telephone and email.
- Review CVs and assess candidates’ suitability for available roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Arrange interviews and follow up with applicants.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet recruitment targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic IT and administration skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £22,000–£25,000 per annum.
- Full-time, Monday-to-Friday 8.30am- 5pm working hours
