We have an exciting opportunity to join our small dedicated team as a vineyard worker. The role is suitable for both experienced workers in viticulture/agriculture or somebody looking for something new. Training is provided on the job and by outside providers for relevant qualifications. The primary place of work is Thurnham near Maidstone.
Duties include:
- Working alongside agency and other team members
- Pruning/tying down
- Replants
- Bud rubbing/ shoot thinning
- Tucking in
- Harvest work
- Mowing
- Weed control
- Vine trimming
- Spraying
- Trailer work
- Frost fighting
- Trellis work
- Grounds keeping
- Machine maintenance
Salary: £24,762.00 per year
Additional pay: Overtime & penalty rates, Annual Bonus scheme.
