1 or 2 Support Worker(s) are required to offer companionship, support and guidance to a young Autistic man for 7 hours every/or alternate Saturday’s, occasional Sunday’s plus some additional hours during the week are available.

Duties are: companionship and to take him to his chosen activity such as the cinema, bowling, car boot sales & shopping. There could be some paid weekends away with the young man. There is no personal care involved.

There are up to 25 hours week available from 9am till 5 pm. The rate of pay is £13.25 per hour.

A DBS, references are required and a full UK driving Licence is essential for this position.

Job Types: Part‑time, Permanent. Pay: £13.25 per hour. Expected hours: 7 – 25 per week.

Experience: working with autism: 1 year (preferred). Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred).
