The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.
A Personal Support Assistant is required for 4 hours per week (term-time) and for 12 hours per week (school holidays) to support a 16 year old young man on a 2:1 basis. The young man has a very rare syndrome which results in him having delayed disorder with at times challenging behaviour, attention seeking which requires 2:1 care. This role is more suitable for a male due to his strength etc.
The young man loves being outside, going for walks, going to the beach, football and being active. The 4 weekly hours/days/times are very flexible and the 12 hours in school holidays are again flexible, however are split into 2 x 6 hours (10 am till 4 pm) days to suit. The other PA is very flexible on days to suit. All hours are on a 2:1 basis.
The rate of pay is £13.79 per hour. A DBS is required for this position.
