We are recruiting Personal Assistants/Support Workers to join a well-established, parent-led buddy team supporting two young ladies with additional needs who live together in their own home.
This is relationship-based, person-centred role in a warm environment – not rushed or task-focused care. We are looking for people who are fun, creative, forward-thinking, caring, patient, proactive and who enjoy being part of a supportive team.
The job is based in Pickering, North Yorkshire.
The rate of pay is £15.00 to £16.29 per hour (daytime), overnight shifts are £69.76- £87.20 for 8-9 hours.
The hours are part time, permanent with both daytime and overnight shifts available.
The role ; You will provide personalised support that enable the young ladies to live fulfilling, meaningful and enjoyable lives.

- Creating a safe, positive and fun environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a consistent team
