A Personal Support Assistant is required for 9 to 10 hours per week to support a 19 year old young man who has learning disabilities with his interests and help him socialise with others. The hours are to be taken over 2-3 days/shifts. He goes to college during the week so the hours available are around his free time which are:
- Thursday 10 am for 1 or 2 hours
- Other hours are fairly flexible on an evening and weekend
The young man enjoys exercise classes at the gym, kick-boxing, museums, villains & dragons etc. The rate of pay is £13.25 per hour plus there is a mileage allowance. The ideal candidate would have a clean UK driving licence and access to a car. A DBS is required for this position.
