Job Overview
A Part Time/Relief Support Worker will provide personal care, dressing assistance, meal preparation, and medication management for a 33‑year‑old autistic gentleman who has epilepsy and is on the autism spectrum. The role supports him in becoming more independent in life skills and encourages community participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of personal care and daily living activities.
- Provide 8.00 am – 5.00 pm 2‑1 support, along with evening and night shift coverage.
- Cover holiday and respite periods as required.
Requirements
- 1 year of support work experience (preferred).
- Valid DBS check.
- Driving licence preferred.
