A Female Personal Assistant is required to support a lady for 8 hours per week. The lady has SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) and is a full time electric wheelchair user.
Support required:
Personal care, helping with cooking, some domestic duties, taking her out, supporting with appointments and whatever the day brings!
It is necessary that the PA can drive an automatic vehicle.
A DBS is required for this position.
The 8 hours are on a Thursday 1 pm till 9 pm, (other hours may become available at a later date) also extra hours to cover holidays and sickness of other staff members.
The rate of pay is £15.00 per hour
Exception under the Equality Act(2010)- the post is only open to female due to the personal assistance required.
