2 to 3 Personal Support Assistants are required to cover 58.5 hours per week, to support a 31-year-old lady who is visually impaired with her day-to-day living. Support is required 7 days per week.
The rate of pay is £13.79
Support required:
- Attending events and social outings
- Assistance with her appearance
- Admin; including booking holidays (with occasional support whilst on holiday)
- Support with social activities with her and her 5-year-old daughter including swimming.
The hours are usually structured in term-time (depending on activity) and during school holidays they will be more flexible.
Monday to Friday: 7.5 hours per day with various shifts to cover (early morning, afternoon and late evening) term time, with later start time in the mornings in school holidays
Weekends: 10.5 hours per day with various shifts to cover
Additional Requirements:
Must be confident driver and have access to a car, energetic and have a young attitude.
An Enhanced DBS (including children) will be required for this position.
