Female Personal Support Assistant – D862 – Hunmanby

A Female Personal Support Assistant is required for 3 hours per week to support a lady who has limited mobility with some domestic light chores, shopping & taking her swimming.

The 3 hours would be on Friday mornings 10 am till 1 pm (hours can be flexible, although not earlier start). There would be occasional extra hours to cover holidays and sickness on a Tuesday.

The rate of pay is £13.25 per hour.

The lady has an automatic mobility car so the PA must be able to drive and be over the age of 25, due to insurance purposes. The lady also uses a mobility scooter and wheelchair, which the car has a hoist fitted to assist with the scooter but not the wheelchair, therefore some lifting may be required.

Exception Under The Equality Act (2010) – the post is only open to female applicants due to the personal assistance required.
