Join Our Team and Make a Difference. Are you compassionate and looking for a rewarding role? We’re seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a 29-year-old man with Autism (PDA profile) and epilepsy in York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support and companionship
  • Promote independence and well-being
  • Accompany on outings (theatre, swimming, shopping, more)
  • Utilise de-escalation techniques (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment

About You:

  • Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities
  • Calm, confident, and empathetic demeanour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
  • Valid DBS check required
