NYC Department of Social Services is seeking a Staff Nurse (ID 50910) to perform in-home or virtual assessments for Medicaid-funded home care programs.

You will evaluate clients’ daily living needs, develop plans of care, and document findings for NYSDOH/HRA systems.

The role requires a NYS RN license, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to travel across NYC.

In addition to direct patient care, you may testify at hearings and collaborate with the Medical Review Team.
