DCAS plays a critical role in managing the City’s real estate portfolio, overseeing the acquisition, disposition, and reallocation of properties. With over 22 million square feet of leased private space, 400+ agreements permitting private use of City-owned property, and the management of 55 government buildings, DCAS depends on reliable and efficient real estate management systems to maintain operations.
Currently, multiple legacy IPIS and Mainframe applications are at the end of their lifecycle and are being replaced by CRM-based features within the newly developed ACRES system. However, the senior developer responsible for maintaining these real-estate systems is set to retire in April 2025, leaving DCAS at risk of losing critical technical expertise. To prevent operational disruptions and ensure a smooth transition, it is imperative to hire a Senior XRM Developer immediately.
Under IT Leadership, The Senior XRM Developer Will:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the ACRES real-estate management system, ensuring a seamless transition from outdated systems.
- Design and implement CRM-based solutions to supplement out-of-the-box functionality.
- Develop a holistic reporting and analytics framework for improved decision-making.
- Provide database administration and ensure system stability.
- Support city agencies by maintaining efficient real-estate operations.
