Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the executive team to drive the overall strategic planning of the agency.
- Coordinate/lead intra-divisional meetings and Commissioner’s Office meetings and the implementation of policy objectives.
- Prepare written communications, such as memos, letters, PowerPoint presentations, reports, and instructional documents, as needed.
- Develop and implement protocols for briefing the Commissioner and executive team.
- Perform complex research and prepare detailed summaries, progress and tracking reports on various programs.
- Serve as a liaison to agency staff, other government entities and the general public and guide the Chief of Staff in decisions affecting major policy and procedural changes.
- Prepare detailed work plans for assigned projects including the methodology for needs assessments and allocation of resources.
- Perform various high level specialized managerial/executive functions at the Chief of Staff’s request.
